Temporary Full Time Customer Service Co-ordinator
Candidates who wish to apply should have previous administration and customer service experience, gained within a fast paced distribution environment. Some accounting administration will be an advantage.
Dealing with customer orders ensuring quantity accuracy, delivery timelines communication to depot staff
Maintain a harmonised people and customer focussed team-working environment always seeking opportunity to improve the customer's experience
Maintain and expand a pro-active relationship with existing customers and suppliers
Dealing with customer & supplier enquiries and complaints, from Investigation through to closure
Participating in customer review meetings to enable an improved service and relationship
Ensuring that customer requirements are administered in a timely controlled and recorded manner
Support and develop the process of Continuous Improvement, challenging working conditions, systems and behaviours to increase performance and employee satisfaction.
Enter accurate data on to all internal systems and reports
Maintain data security and integrity in line with Business needs.
Creation of customer KPI reports
Being able to effectively work on all customer contracts
Maintain a safe working environment that complies with all aspects of the company’s H&S Policy

Required for Ad-hoc temporary positions in Droitwich, Redditch, Oldbury, Worcester areas - various start times, days and nights.
All drivers must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, have a Driver Qualification Card, be well presented, reliable and hardworking. All Paye drivers receive holiday pay, auto enrollment into pension scheme and are provided with uniform.
Driving licence card part, Digital tachograph card, DQC card along with your Passport (If you have one) and a Utility Bill will be required on registering.
